Senior Consultant - Digital Analytics & Consent Management (Hamburg or Remote)

Description:

Are you an expert in the field of web analytics and/or consent management, with several years of experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and similar products? Have you already succeeded as a Junior Consultant and are looking for the next step in your career? Then you are our dream candidate!

Your responsibilities:

  • As a Consultant, you are the central point of contact for the clients assigned to you and provide comprehensive support in consulting, training, and configuration in the areas of web analytics & consent management for the products listed below
  • As a project manager, you independently coordinate your own projects with clients and provide support for all professional and technical questions
  • Independent conception and implementation of the complete project process (realization, maintenance, optimization)
  • Configuration and operation of the software used by our clients: Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google (Web and Server) Tag Manager, Matomo, Posthog, Usercentrics and more
  • Preparation and presentation of innovative concepts in the areas of web analytics, tag management, consent management, and process optimization, as well as continuous advancement of your knowledge through market observation
  • You impart your expertise within our team; support junior consultants with complex questions

Your Profile:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build close relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • You are capable of multitasking and are organized, enabling you to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • In-depth expertise with either...
    > Google's tracking tools (Analytics 4, Tag Manager Web & Server, Ads, Looker Studio) OR
    > Usercentrics CMP
  • Experience with JavaScript in the context of web tracking
  • Strong ability to adapt to new challenges, projects, and fields of interest, with a high willingness to learn
  • Very good language skills in German and English, fluent communication (C1 level) in both languages
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the field of web analytics or consent management, with at least 3 of those years as a service provider or in an agency
